Trustify allows you to migrate your hard-earned reviews from other platforms without losing a single star. Our importer supports universal CSV formats to ensure a seamless transition to the Mango Labs ecosystem.

Data Migration Hub You can import reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, or export them from apps like Judge.me, Loox, and Yotpo to bring them over to Trustify.

1. Prepare Your File Export your reviews from your previous provider as a CSV file. Ensure the column headers match basic data points: Product Handle, Rating, Review Body, and Author Name.

2. Access the Importer Go to the Reviews tab in the Trustify Dashboard and select Import Reviews. Choose your source platform or upload your custom CSV file directly.

3. Map the Fields Match your file's columns with Trustify's attributes. Our system will automatically detect the most common formats, but you can manually adjust them to ensure 100% accuracy.

4. Execute Migration Click Start Import. The engine will process the data in the background. Once finished, all reviews will be automatically linked to your products and ready for AI analysis.

Migration Successful! Your social proof is now part of the Trustify network. The AI Engine will now begin scanning these reviews to enhance your Brand DNA and Knowledge Base.
