Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By installing or using Trustify AI Reviews & SEO (the "App"), developed by Mango Labs, you ("User" or "Merchant") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must uninstall the App immediately from your Shopify dashboard.

2. Description of Service Trustify provides enterprise-grade tools for customer review management, AI-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) enhancements, and organic traffic analytics via integrations with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Our platform is designed to help Shopify merchants build authentic trust and optimize their search engine visibility.

3. Accounts, Integrations, and Artificial Intelligence

  • Google Integrations: To utilize features like "Google Telemetry" and "SEO Radar," the User must voluntarily authenticate with their Google account. The App requests strictly read-only access. Your use of these features is governed by these Terms and Google’s standard Terms of Service.

  • Artificial Intelligence: The App utilizes AI to generate SEO snippets and review summaries. While engineered for high accuracy, AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by the Merchant prior to publication. Mango Labs assumes no liability for unverified AI outputs.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your store's integration.

4. Acceptable Use & Review Integrity (Zero-Tolerance Policy) Trustify operates in strict alignment with global search engine guidelines, including Google’s Customer Reviews policies. To maintain the integrity of our ecosystem, you expressly agree that you SHALL NOT:

  • Generate Fake Reviews: Submit, purchase, or publish fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated customer reviews.

  • Engage in Review Gating: Selectively solicit reviews only from customers you anticipate will leave a positive rating, or prevent negative reviews from being published.

  • Incentivize Deceptively: Offer financial incentives, discounts, or gifts in exchange for positive reviews without lawful and explicit disclosure.

  • Abuse the Infrastructure: Attempt to breach the App's security, reverse engineer our algorithms, or spam search engines.

Note: Mango Labs actively monitors for review manipulation. Violation of our Review Integrity policy will result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Billing and Payments All subscription charges and billing cycles are processed securely through your Shopify account in accordance with Shopify's App Store billing policies. Uninstalling the App from your store constitutes a formal cancellation and will automatically halt future recurring charges.

6. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the App—including its underlying code, UI/UX design, AI algorithms, and branding—are the exclusive property of Mango Labs. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the App solely for your operational Shopify store.

7. Limitation of Liability The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Mango Labs makes no warranties, explicit or implied, regarding uninterrupted service or guaranteed search engine rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango Labs shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination & Enforcement You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Mango Labs reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the service—without prior notice or refund—if we determine that you have violated these Terms, compromised the integrity of our review ecosystem, or breached Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
